Enable the CityFALCON action on your Google Assistant app

1) Go to your Google Assistant app

2) Say "OK Google, talk to CityFALCON"

3) Google will ask you to link CityFALCON to Google

4) Sign in to your CityFALCON account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one now by clicking the button below:

Using Our Action


To use CityFALCON on Google Home or Google Assistant, simply say "OK Google, talk to CityFALCON" and proceed with your commands.

Note: You can filter the stories by the story order and time period.
Story order options:

Time period options:
- Last 5 minutes

  • Ask for trending topics in the market:

Note: You can find trending topics by asset class and time period.
Asset class options:

  • Create and manage watchlists:

Create a new watchlist called “My Stocks”.

Add Apple to my watchlist.

Delete Apple from my watchlist.

Delete my watchlist called “My Stocks”.

Note:
1. You can add and delete stocks only from an active watchlist. To make your watchlist active, you can say: “What are the top news on “Watchlist name”.
2. If you would like to add many topics to your watchlist, it may be easier to use our web or mobile apps for this purpose.

FAQs


  • I can't connect CityFALCON action.

Check your settings in Google Home or Google Assistant. Currently, CityFALCON is available only in English. If you are outside of the supported regions, please leave your details below, and we will inform you once we launch it in your market.

  • I can't find some stocks/topics.

Sometimes Google cannot understand non-common words such as “fintech” or complex proper names such as “BNP Paribas”. It depends on your pronunciation, and we cannot fix it on our side. In this case, we suggest you create watchlist with an easy name such as “My Stocks” on our web desktop application and include the topics you are looking for there. This way, you will be able to receive recent news by saying: “What are the top news on My Stocks?

We increase our coverage every day, and once we hear a word from you, we will add the topics you are looking for. If they are still unavailable, please ping us with the name of the topic through the troubleshooting form below.

  • Google doesn't understand my question.

Voice assistants are an emerging technology, and we have to rely on Google for voice to text translation. We capture requests with errors and will look to improve the capabilities on an ongoing basis.
